no oil, no grease, there is an hex head bolt you need to turn inside the tranny. There is a rubber piece on the left hand side of the tranny, under that is the bolt you need to turn, turn out to make the shift point lower, turn in to make the shift point higher. On the Three speed there should be two of these adjustment bolts, one for second and one for third. However, the manual will tell you how to change the shift points.
