Obviously the 40, 60 and 120 series of the 4* are very similar and there wouldn't really be much work going from either the 120 or the 40 to the 60.
But if you look on the box of the 4*60 kit it does say Harold Hester.
On another note, isn't Harold Hester the husband of Hazel Sig? Maybe this has somethin' to do with it! 
Yes I saw but when people see that they give full credit to Harold and that ticks me off.
Yup he sure did marry Hazel and a fine lady she is. I'm framing up a Venture 60 right now for a friend and yes it does go together very nice
