I just got the simulator today and when I try to start it up a window pops up and then goes away and nothing happens. On their support forum it says to fix it plug the controller into the usb port. I have tried it on all four of my ports and same results. I have the recommended DirectX and there is power to the transmitter. There is no customer service today since it is Christmas. I was just hoping one of you could help me out.
