the trick is to stay in sight by reducing throttle. as the batt dies you can increase power until the esc stops the motor then you glide in. you can fly longer by throttling back too. did you rog on TO? in the larger 4 channel market the cub is the hardest aircraft to take off and land it is used as a warbird trainer because you need to learn how to manage power and rudder at the same time. they ground loop like a b@@@. PZ has a nice line of planes try the stryker just dont fly full power for long after launch. It will fly easy 85mph at WOT. Slow it down and you will learn quick.
