what u can do is get a small flat grindeing wheel that goes with a dremel and grind a line thru the top of the head for a flat head screw driver..carefull not to grind the crown gear to much.

you can drill the screw , then use a screw retractor...be carefull

did you use locktight in the screws??if so the before you try turning the screws heat the screw up with a soldering iron to heat the lock tight up..just put the iron ontop of the screw head..
