I would just add that with the linkage moved out a hole or two you've increased the chances of blade strikes/clack.
I would seriously consider a flybar mod to counter that.

I have moved my elevator linkage out two holes and still do not get blade strikes.
I think this is mainly due to my shorter flybar.
