I ran one of these for ages.

Ran on 15% Coolpower, 5% Nitro, Props from 18x10 to 20x8. Used stock muffler and J-Tec. Mostly used OS #8 plug.

My only complaint was the mid-range. Always way too rich until I fitted a Cline regulator, beautiful after that.

Power is about the same as a Moki 1.8, but a more constant speed engine, not as peaky as the Moki. More like a pattern engine, held on better going up, did not wind up as much coming down.

I really don't think this engine deserves a bad name.
