I'm posting this on behalf of Joel Patrick who is temporarily without internet access following a recent move.

Joel maidened his Super Eagle powered Flash today and would appreciate a bit of advice. His throws and setup are per the manual with the cg in the middle of the recommended range. After takeoff and climb out, Joel thought the elevator and ailerons were a bit touchy, even with expo, but not a big deal. To me, the plane looked locked in and very smooth. However, when Joel deployed full flaps in the landing pattern, he encountered pitch oscillation. Joel thought the Flash was acting tail heavy, and that is how it looked to me. He got it on the ground without incident. Same behavior during flight #2. Joel is a very capable pilot with a ton of flights on Bandits and BobCats. Any thoughts or advice regarding flaps down pitch oscillation that I can pass along to Joel?

As you can see from the pics, Joel did his usual masterful job of building and painting.
