I lived in Rochester Mn a bit over 30 years ago. Had small children at the time and we had a lot of wintertime fun. Lots of snow and cold like you are having there now. I just wanted to point out that we are not imune from cold and snow here in Florida. Someone actually saw a few snowflakes in Daytona Beach this morning. (Wow!!) Not only that, long sleeves and a jacket were required for outdoor activity today!!!

Anyway, I have read just about every forum post I can find and all the spec data on almost every engine in the 46cc to 53cc size. Seems to me there are quite a few good engines out there. My net would be that if money were no object, I would buy the DA but the DL just looks like the price performer and has good support.

Am flying Aviation Models 33% Yak with ZDZ 80 but I want a 50cc size also. Have not picked the plane yet but will buy the DL.
