When you buy a $1000.00 digital camera, guess what? You don't get an SD card with it or a card reader so what's the difference with a $1000.00 radio? The complaint is not the cost, it's the fact there was no disclouser/procedure that any of this would be required to convert a 12 FGA to FASST.
