There was a guy at our field that ran one but never put it in a plane, that is where I got the thought that there was a need for a throttle. Yes they are loud, and to see metal get hot enough to see through is a sight to see.
We are getting dates for this years jet meet in Shreveport, no turnip truck rides this year but, we might have fishing poles to hand out.
