I have the WM p-51, 46 size. Cut out the inner sections of the wing trailing edge to add flaps. I ended up with a section of aileron with one of the hinges in it for scrap... Just for fun, I thought I would see how well the hinge was in there...

I wasnt able to rip the hinge out using pliers without tearing the metal to pieces, and was almost unable to get all the wood off the hinge using a knife even without bending them all to hell.... They are in there REALLY well, at least on my plane...
