If that bush had been your or someone else's leg...be sure the plane is SECURE whenever you want to start the engine.

I agree that the servo gears are probably stripped. Your LHS should be able to get a set for you and it's not hard to replace them yourself. Just be sure to get all the little gear teeth pieces out of the case.
