Check to see if the drive shafts entering the front and rear diffs are spinning well when it seems to be slipping, one of the most common things on these is the grub screw that is supposed to be lined up on the pinion shaft is not on the flat of the pinion shaft and when the thread "breaks" loose you will experience a slipping.
