I made some more progress with the horizontal stabs. These are removable for transport purposes so they require a joining tube and fixing - incidence - points for installing on the fuse.

I hollowed out some of the foam core to install hard points for the incidence pins locating holes. I then expoxied in some blocks using the mix of expoxy and cotton flock. Fills any gaps and is very strong!

Next was to hollow out a small portion of foan core around the joiner tubes. This is then filled with a mix of the expoxy and cotton flock to provide a really strong base. I then fitted a cap strip of 1.8mm ply to finish off the root section of the stabs.
