I see how the rearend comes apart from the rest of the truck. I took out the 6 screws that hold it to the frame rails and pulled the rear main shaft out. Now I just have to get the differential out of the rearend. I'm just not sure yet how much I have to tear it apart to actually get it out lol...I would prefer to not take apart far more than I have to!

Lucky for me, I had purchased several spare parts off of ebay and a new differential was one of them...maybe i'll be back and running tomorrow!
