Any web-fed press operators out there?

What's that tape called, you put on a new roll at the splicers, for flying pasters?

If nobody knows it right off... I'll look it up tonight. It's been a long time for me.
Still, I bet it would be great in this application. Sticky as heck.

You apply the stuff, then peel off the backing, leaving nothing but adhesive.
It's like double sided tape, only there's no tape in the middle
