hi guys..this is probably a really simple question but how do i wire a 40mm fan (with 3 wires) into the switch on my tiger..? fan works with 2 of the wires when touched to the pos and neg direct from batt..obviously i want fan to switch on when i turn on tank with switch..
1/ do i need to use all 3 of the wires from the fan or can i just use 2 of em..?

2/ there's 3 poles on switch but which ones do i use..?

i have a real mental blank when it comes to understanding wiring or electrics although i've become quite good with a soldering iron since getting my 1st hl tank..!!!
the embarrassing part is i already wired a fan into my bulldog but it was a couple o months ago and i can't remember how i did it although i remember just touching wires and creating some sparks[:@]!!! luckily i didn't blow anything and its still working so i don't wanna touch it again..

any help (in very simple terms) would be greatly appreciated..
