Default RE: DL-50 engine

Got my DL installed in the GP Giant Aeromaster. My choke lever did not close the choke completely so after 25-30 flips and I still didn't see any fuel in the lines, I was getting frustrated. Finally realized the choke problem that when fixed, drew fuel thru the lines in about 3 flips, popped on the fifth and fired up on the third flip after choke was opened. It took about an hour to run 24 oz thru at 2000-2500 rpm. Bob at DL USA says I can fly it now with gentle throttle control till I run the rest of the 32:1 Lawnboy mix thru then switch to synthetic. I ended up with Bell Ray MC-1. I know Bob P is a big proponent of Penzoil. I just happened to find the Bell Ray first. I was prepared to use either. Next will be a decent prop, probably Vess 22A. AUW is just a few ounces short of 17 lbs. I need to find a better gas pump. I am using a Dave Brown six shooter converted to gas but man it is really hard to crank. About wore me out putting 24 oz in the tank. What do you guys use.

Here are some pics.
