I just had another thought. If, God forbid, someone did do serious personal or property damage with a nitro RC vehicle and did not have a failsafe, could your homeowner's insurance company declare you negligent - or at least assign you a percentage of negligence? Hmmmmmm..

you're right, it would probably mean the end of the club. i live in florida and the "attorney pages", i mean "yello pages" is full of lawyers looking for work. if they heard of someone being injured by a runaway rc car at a public park or track they would ruin it for the rest of us, failsafe or not. just try to collect $ from the county or state for their wallet, i mean client.
