A 40A ESC will just about cover any motor there is with a 3.17 shaft. Just go to helidirect and pick one you like that's in your price range. I don't know if it's standard procedure but my aileron servo is plugged into channel 1, elevator in channel 2, ESC into channel 3, gyro in channel 4, gyro gain in channel 5 and cyclic in channel 6. Same on my Hurricane 550 and everything else I've got.
