denatured alcohol and cornstach.soak the fuel soaked end in a bucket of denatured alcohol outside away from flame etc for 15 - 30 minutes agitate about every five minutes.remove let alcohol evaporate sprinle corn starch on to soak up any more oil.heat from heat gun or exposure to sunlight will help drive oil out of wood and corn starch will soak it up.repeat as neccassary
