Leave it-you will do more damage than it's worth. Get some 2 or 3 " fiberglass and glass both sides. Guys on this site can help you with that. Now the fun part with your brand new plane-After getting use to the way it flys, take it up to 5000 feet or as high as you can see it then nose dive to 100 feet and CRANK it back straight up-FULL THROTTLE. You'll know if it safe to fly around a crowd.

PS-Make sure know one is around.
