The Century scale mehanics that are used in the 50 size Airwolf, Bell 222 etc are much like those in the Kinetic 50 that they make for Hobbico (basically a Hawk Pro 50 with a beefed up rotor head and longer boom). These have proven to be very good and reliable mechanics for their scalers for years.

The most fiddly part of the build are the retracts which are not all that difficult at all.
