1 inch = no good.
1 3/8 inch = good

the OS 46 AX would fit if there is 1 3/8 inch distance between the mounts.
as for the wing i would do what post #65 is suggesting, the fiberglassing not the 5000 ft
the 2nd pic is distorted but the distance is 1 3/8 inch.
