I was going to say JMO but I don't think I'm alone in thinking that they are not really broken-in...

They might be assembled with a fit that's not quite as tight as some ABC engines, so the break-in doesn't take as long...and they might even be test run at the factory, but they still have a way to go before being completely broken-in.
