Just for reference, I just built a design of my own OS 25FX powered, 560 sq in. Top wing 41 in., lower wing 36 in., 7 in. chord, 3lbs 3ozs. Probably around 46 in. top span would be more appropriate. As said above keep it light. As the wings are joined together and short span, for strength, the wings can be built of lighter structure. 25 OS is more than enough power for this plane.
