I was told it had some moisture damage. I am just getting back into RCing but what I know is gliders and such, and not a whole lot about that.

It came complete with batteries but no charger. Which charger should I get for this setup? Also when I turn everything on the steering seems to work, but the throttle does not. If I jockey the throttle back and forth fwd-rev, the tires will make a sudden surge maybe a 1/2inch but thats it and not consistently. What should I look for as the culprit? I appreciate any help in troubleshooting this problem.
