To answer an older question of yours, the Nexstar was my first airplane (from Christmas 2006) and this SIG 4 star was 2007's Christmas gift. This thread is getting big and it's hard to keep up!

I picked up a pair of black colored skis that I'd like to install on the Nexstar. The only issue right now is that all the snow is very light and fluffy. I would throw the skis on right away but I'm having too much fun building the SIG.

I'll take some photos of my workroom and project this week!!!
