I took the outer shaft out and everything else out to inspect it and nothing looked wrong so I put it all back together and set the trim and trimmer pot back to dead center and tried to fly it. It went up and hovered almost dead straight with almost no yawing, no TBE, nothing. It was almost perfect. I guess something was out of place in it or something because its working now. Im glad I didnt have to spend money to replace anything. I cant believed it worked. Thanks for the advice guys.
