I've been having problems with my LRP 28 spec3 ever since getting it, which is frustrating as I know it's one; if not the best 28 engine money can buy "When running"!!!

My local model shop diagnosed problem as worn piston sleeve due to lack of compression, engine would run but almost impossible to tune, when it got to optimal running temp it would cut out and refuse to start. Brought new piston and sleeve which to be fare was much tighter than the one it replaced but now engine just won't start, everything is in the way it should be sleeve matches up with notch on barrel etc, needles on factory settings.

Engine floods and blows fuel back through carb, tried leaning of fuel to stop flooding but still doesn't start????

Engine has new LRP35060 Standard R6 Cold glow plug

Air filter is clean

No aor leaks

Running on blue thunder 25%

Can anyone please help????
