I used to be a fan of Kraft nylon hinges (no pins). I still would be, if someone made them available. I haven't checked lately.

I have nothing against CA hingest for .60 sized models of the SPA type that we are flying. Yes, you have to keep a careful eye on them, but I haven't had one fail as yet. Were this question directed at BPA type models, which it turns out to have been , I would probably not recommend CA hinges. Just me, I suppose.
