What hinges are people using mostly? CA? Robart, or the old fashioned pin hinges? I think Goldberg still makes the pins, but I have not used them in a while. Wings are foam core, and do not want to risk CA-ing the foam away.
I also want minimal gap to seal.
I was toying with making the leading edge of say the rudder round, and making a concave post. Keeping turbulence out of the hinge joint. Thoughts? or just go with the 45 Bevel?
Thanks!

I used to be a fan of Kraft nylon hinges (no pins). I still would be, if someone made them available. I haven't checked lately.
I have nothing against CA hingest for .60 sized models of the SPA type that we are flying. Yes, you have to keep a careful eye on them, but I haven't had one fail as yet. Were this question directed at BPA type models, which it turns out to have been
, I would probably not recommend CA hinges. Just me, I suppose.
