one problem you might want to check is the tail pivot assembly.the ball links to the tail blade holder needs a little play in it if you tighten the screws to the ball link connector it binds up and you only get a small amount of travel instead of full travel.with the bird on the ground and motor off go full left and right on rudder and makes sure the pivot goes all the way across the shaft
