This is just how they made the grips, Everyone's is like this. Just push the screw into the hole that's supposed to be the top and thread the screw in the hole where the nut is supposed to fit. It doesn't effect the performance of the heli at all. Just a manufacturing error by the company. every set of grips are like that that are the OEM replacements..
