Ask any lawn service guy. Once the engine is run in, use a synthetic, only for the aethetics of it. These modern angines are going to die in a crash long before you wear them out.

There ya go...I'm finally glad to see someone other than me try to get this out...ALL oils meet a standard or it wouldn't be maunfactured.....You can only change a oils makeup so many ways...and usually comes out of the same barrel just under a different name...
Most service guys will tell you that most of the stuff they see will be burnt up from lack of oil, (kids or wife using straight gas instead of premix) contaminated fuel...lean running due to a wacked out carb..(Over heating, instead of fixing it) and abuse...#1 killer of a air cooled engine..
All the tolerances have been worked out to where the engine will run under most any circumstances...(Goof Proof) because their are those out their the don't read instructions or want to wring out every last ounce of torque..out of a small of a motor when the next larger one would be better and last foreaver because it would be operated in the RPM range\mix it was designed for..
Just 2 cents...
