The receiver and the radio. And thanx for that info I didn't know rechargeables only gave 1.2v. I appreciate all your help I'm a complete noob to the rc world I've bought 2 planes a helicopter a truggie and a truck(needed a hobby lol). Haven't even started any of the nitro engines yet. Hopefully one day I'll have as much knowlage as you all. I'll go buy some durracells or energizers tommor..
