Did you check you proportinal gain? What about the trimmer on the controller? Do your shafts wobble? Check to make sure none of the locking collars on the upper hub and lower gears are slipping.
We would need a little more detail, Like if you just had a crash or changed anything like the blades.
If it was flying fine and just did this out of the blue then I would say it might be one of your motors.
