Like stump3r said, it's a blade thing - and that tail rotor. The rotor pushes left because the heli wants to spin right. On ice, the tail rotor will push the heli across the pond just trying to keep the tail from rotating. In the air, looking from behind, the heli does not fly level. It leans right to counter the other forces. Trim your heli so when you let go of the sticks, the heli does not travel sideways out of control. Neutral stick must be neutral flight input. The heli will not hover unaided, but the trim should be set so neutral stick allows the heli to 'rest' with minimal wander. Once I got mine trimmed that way, I actually started to hover it!
