RE: Nylon Hinges/ Epoxy Question
The thing that makes the PACER HINGE GLUE so magic is that it won't glue the hinge solid and ruin the job.
It holds the flats excellently well, and doesn't do like epoxy does if a bit squeezes out. Wipe it off with a Q-tip or corner of paper towel. I used to try and put just enough epoxy in the slot to fill but not so much it squeezes excess out. Now I like to see excess hinge glue squeeze out. Wiping with a Q-tip is dead simple, and I know I have enough in the slot.
It's truly magic stuff.
No way would I ever use epoxy again.
