Thanks to your postings, I now have the 1/16" thick G10. I talked with Bob Holman about laser cutting the material, but due to some considerations cutting this stuff, he would have to charge me a lot. I'm building a Jerry Bates SBD Dauntless, and I'll be using the G10 for the flaps/air brakes due to its rigidity. Now, the problem is cutting the myriad holes. Anyone know a laser cutter who can cut this stuff - I need about 250 holes, 1/2" dia; also, at a reasonable cost. My other thought is to buy a lot of carbide hole saws from Harbor Freight and try it myself [:@]. Any ideas? Lee
