You want to use a thread that has either nylon or rayon in it. Go to a fabric store and tell them what you want the thread for, thats what i did and i don't have any breakage, and it cuts alot faster than normal sotton thread.
This is right but if you can drill the hole for the hinge pin first then cut the hatch , this will make it line up perfect.
