Pulling tight loops in a Kadet Jr is a BAD01 idea!
Loops are usually ok unless the wing has a break in the spar or some weak glue. Always use enough rubber bands ( if they are used) and never pull out of a high speed dive too quickly. That will get just about any wing.
If Ambroid glue was used in that plane, there was not much holding it together.
