I'm not sure what you mean by two pieces for the wings - are you referring to the underbelly? If so, I screwed mine onto the wing section and just drilled two holes into the belly pan to access the wing mounting screws. I also replaced the landing gear as the original seemed too soft to maintain it's shape after a less than perfect landing. The mounting of the throttle servo and cable is a bit tricky but just play with it - you will work it out. Other than that - go fly and have fun with it, you will love it - guaranteed
