I've got the Beaver now. Haven't flown off water in quite a few years. I've been using my float planes off of snow. Been practicing and flying Pattern the last bunch of years. Haven't had time to fly off the water. I'm hoping that will change this year.

Thanks for the tips on the assembly part of it. Haven't decided on an engine yet. it's narrowed down between a 46FX and a 46LA. I have both engines and like the idea of a bushing engine. Especially the limited amount of time i will fly it in the summer and winter. But i'm not sure if the LA will be up to the power. Any thoughts.
