You have to adjust the low end after the break in period ... as a baseline guide keep it flush to the throttle arm. That is a baseline to start from. Yes you set the low end to sort out your idle. It should idle at about 2,200 RPM or so ... if you can 15% nitro does make it idle nicer too, 25% is sweet as pumkin pie!
