Sierra Gold, I don't know how you soldered the term.'s, but if you plug the two pieces together then solder helps. It's still fairly tight, but having them connected helps keep the terminals aligned while soldering if you over heat it alittle. For my 280 & under size I use the BEC style. Another good type is the "Mini?" deans plugs.
