If you do a google search for (MotoCalc) you can download a free version of this program, you can then use it to input the specs/performance you want your aircraft to have, the program will give you a list of, Batteries, Motors, ESC's and props to get your desired results. This program is well worth a look, and will give answers to most of the performance questions/grey areas that people have when setting up an electric aircraft power system.
