I have 2 gallons of gas with the Lawnboy mix 32:1. I have run 24 oz thru on the ground and will fly with the next engine run. I'm getting black oil out of the muffler--hope this is normal.
I have not twisted the needles yet. Engine ran great during first run. Easy start. My plans are to use a gallon of the lawnboy then switch to Bellray at 50:1. The amount in the Bellray container mixes 5 gallons. I'll use the rest of the Lawnboy in my chainsaw, weedeater, snow thrower and leaf blower. When that's gone all those tools will get the airplane fuel. I don't want to have multiple gas cans laying around.
Just need to wait for decent weather to fly.
Yea, you're getting the same thing I'm getting with Valvoline 2-stroke oil. Runs great and hardly any smoke, but lots of black oil out the exhaust. And my plan is smae as your, Bel-Ray comes next
