Brian, I did call Hanger 9 and talk with a customer service rep. He did not know what to do beside to send it back in. After calling Hanger 9 I installed it here at work on XP 64-bit and it worked flawlessly. So, this weekend I will upgrade my W2k pro to XP home and hopefully this will take care of the problem. If it doesn't, I'll call hanger 9 again and post another note here.
